The pure, durable Talalay natural latex at the core of this mattress topper is a breathable and natural material. Harvested from the sap of the Hevea rubber tree, it’s also kind to the environment and fully renewable. Its moisture-wicking and naturally antiseptic properties make it an ideal choice for allergy sufferers. What’s more, the patented Talalay production process gives natural latex an open and airy cell structure, which reduces sweating.
The cover of the mattress topper is made from soft and elastic organic cotton knit fabric. Organic cotton is grown without toxic chemicals or gene manipulation and has a smaller environmental footprint than regular cotton.
The Hilja mattress topper is easy to remove and split into two parts for convenient washing in 40 degrees. We recommend using mild, ecological detergent with no bleaching agents.
